Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is collected at the time of online booking. This deposit holds your date and is applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due on your appointment date and will be charge to the card on file unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods: All major Credit Cards, Venmo, Zelle, or cash. Appointments cancelled before the day of the event are not eligible for a refund. If the Client cancels on the day of the event, the paid amount will not be refunded. If the Artist cancels for a reason other than Client breach and is unable to arrange a qualified replacement, 100% will be refunded within two weeks. We charge mileage. Anything further than 20 miles from Eagan will incur a charge of $1 per mile driven. This will be charged at the time of service with the remaining balance due and can be paid via emailed invoice or tap to pay on the artists mobile device or to the original credit card on file.
