Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before placing an order or using the Natural Glow Beauty website (www.naturalglowbeauty.net). By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

Natural Glow Beauty (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website to sell beauty and skincare products. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within 2–5 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note:

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

• Delivery times after shipment vary by carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.

• Natural Glow Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

• We currently ship within the United States. Contact us at fatima@naturalglowbeauty.net for international shipping inquiries.

4. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Eligible items: Products must be unopened and in their original, unused condition.

• Return window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Return Authorization required: Before sending any item back, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request one, email fatima@naturalglowbeauty.net with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

• Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Natural Glow Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to display product descriptions, colors, and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current. Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Minnesota.
